That cat gif is the BEST! And hooray for visiting art galleries and I'm curious to know what art you *don't* like. I have a feeling I will concur with you. Your puzzling (as in the ability to do them) is staggering. You're lightyears ahead of my puny brain. 😁 It's good fun to read your back and forth with Rebecca on puzzling out clues. Keep it comin'!

Thanks Mary. I don't know what art I don't like, but I know it when I see it!

Thanks for sharing the blanket post, Terry, and happy to have you around the campfire, too. (It must have been a glitch, because I never got an email that I had a new sub…🧐)

Bravo with your epic clue-solving, Terry, and thank you for such a detailed dissection and explanation of the clue you'd set me! As far as your latest clue is concerned, well, let's just say that so far I've only got to the head-scratching stage.... 🤔

Yes I KNOW that there are twelve full moons in a typical year, but my maths was based on the number of days across a whole year that the moon appears full - which is an entirely different thing. So there!

Absolutely terrific sound effect - can we have more, please? Loved it! 🎵

thanks re clue-solving, and the fanfare -- glad you like it! Thanks for the full moon explanation. Well I'm going to stick with the monthly full moon. I think we should leave the number of days out of it because it just confuses people (ie me)

Yeah, keeping it simple is the answer! And that works for me - all that maths HURT…. 🤯

'Finally, I did an Art course recently, in which we visited a different small gallery each week. Before the course started, I was one of those people who don’t know much about art, but know what they like. Well, the course was a complete eye-opener for me. Now, I still don’t know anything about art, but I know what I don’t like. Progress! '

Brilliant! :).

I feel as if I have really gotten to know you and Rebecca better through these letters. I have read them all! They remind me of the collected correspondence of Elizabeth Barret and Robert Browning. ha ha ha Just kidding.

What, you mean we're like an old married couple?? Or that our letters are like poetry. I've never read the correspondence between the Brownings. Weren't they husband and wife? Didn't they talk to each other? I mean, why write to each other when you're living in the same house? Think of all that money spent on postage needlessly.

I meant to say only that you give us an inside, up close and personal view of how your friendship is unfolding via your letters. Which is fun!
